Pairs is a matching service for individuals seeking a serious relationship to find their partner with peace of mind.

To ensure all users can use the service safely and sincerely, we have established the following rules.

1. Prohibition of Underage Use

Pairs prohibits the use of the service by individuals under the age of 18.

Before starting use, we verify that you are 18 years of age or older via identity verification documents.

2. Prohibition of Transactional Dating and Sexual Relationships

Pairs strictly prohibits relationships involving rewards or sexual relationships intended for money, goods, benefits, support, or other compensation.

The following acts are prohibited:

• Transactional dating, prostitution, "Papa-katsu", "Mama-katsu"
• Encounters in exchange for money, gifts, meals, accommodation, transportation, living expenses, financial support, etc.
• Relationships conditioned on sexual acts, sexual services, or physical contact
• Soliciting others by suggesting rewards or benefits
• Recruitment, solicitation, negotiation, messaging, or profile posting similar to the above

3. Prohibition of Use Without Serious Intent

Pairs is for users seeking a serious relationship. Use for the following purposes is prohibited:

• Use for fun, teasing, or with false intent to date
• Use while hiding the fact that you are married
• Insincere use while in a relationship
• Use for the purpose of deceiving others

4. Prohibition of Sexual and Obscene Expressions

• Obscene images, text, videos, or audio
• Expressions seeking sexual acts
• Solicitation based on sexual relationships
• Sexual questions or remarks that make others uncomfortable
• Leading others to sexual interactions on external sites or social media

5. Prohibition of Solicitation, Business, and External Direction

• Solicitation for investment, network marketing, side jobs, religion, seminars, etc.
• Sales, business, or advertising of products or services
• Aggressive direction to other services, external sites, SNS, or contact exchange
• Fraud, spoofing, or unauthorized acquisition of personal information

6. Prohibition of Nuisance and Dangerous Acts

• Slander, threats, abuse, or discriminatory expressions
• Stalking, persistent contact, or harassment
• Registration of false information or impersonating others
• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals

7. Response to Violations

If acts violating these guidelines are confirmed, management may take actions such as warnings, deletion of content, usage restrictions, account suspension, or reporting to relevant authorities.
